We placed our order and drove the drive thru window. We sat there for like 5 minutes and no one came to window to take our money or tell us it would be a minute. We had to drive back around and talk to the drive person again.we were told that they were training someone and our food was ready, we could pull around to the drive thru window. We got the food and it was cold.
I love Auntie Annes and I am so happy to have one in Boone. Their pretzels/bites are literally the best. The staff are very friendly and the store is clean.
I’ve been here two different mornings during regular business hours, with the “Open” sign lit, but no cars in the parking lot and doors locked. No answer at the drive thru. Super weird. Also, the Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne’s menus have different hours despite sharing a building and drive thru.

Wait time was terrible along with them not having dough?? It’s a pretzel place that doesn’t have dough for pretzels; mind you this was at noon on a Friday where we were one of two people in the drive thru.
