The wait is absolutely horrendous. We waited around 35 minutes. We got our açaí bowls relatively quickly but also ordered a pretzel. Took around 20+ mins after the açaí bowl to get the pretzel. They gave us the wrong pretzel so we said something and she went into the warming case and grabbed the pretzel. So we waited all the time thinking they needed to be made or something when they were sitting there. I do not comprehend how upper management of this establishment thinks it is ok to only have one employee working at a time. I've been twice since moving here and both times there was only one woman working. I have worked fast food and can't imagine that stress on the poor woman that's stuck working a two person (at minimum) job. It's disappointing to see corporations continue to treat their workers poorly. came here on my lunch break. Ordered a thing of the pretzel dogs and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Ended up being late back from lunch… Only one person working is honestly sad. I hope the girl working gets treated fairly because she was trying her best.
