As I waited in line for my pretzel. I watched the employee pick and pulled her hair over all the pretzels. And just stand there and twisted into twisted and twisted. For a long while, she was scratching her scalp while in the food. I think people here need to wear hair next and learn hygiene.. i left the line. Other than my hotdog pretzel bites being crunchy solid because they were so burnt from being under the warmer for hours on end, the cheese was nice . Also the last time I was there they dropped a pair of tongs on my head, they fell onto the ground so I handed them to the lady and she proceeded to use them for another customer….CRAZY but okay. Atleast wipe them or something
I ordered food and didn’t get the right order whatsoever. I spent almost $30 and got one pretzel, not even the right one. I tried to call and get it sorted out and the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and hung up on me. I have been trying to call back and I’m getting no answer. Horrible service.
If I could give a half star review I would. Service was so bad and nobody is ever there. There are never workers and the food looks like it’s days old. When a place say they are open you would think workers would be there to serve you right? Well I guess not. The food is really hit and miss and is so expensive for an amateur pretzel.
