We’re back in the negatives because I waited 30 minutes for two pretzels. And if you have people waiting 30 minutes, it ought to be 30 minutes of perfection. My pretzel was completely burned and to make matters worse you want to argue with me and tell me you have a guide that you’re clearly not following, again because it is burned and it tastes burned. Don’t get angry with customers if they comment on their burnt pretzel, especially after waiting in 30 minutes. Set a timer and put some proper butter on it.

You've got to do better with the pretzels. They're burned and dry. I love Auntie Anne's but you're killing the franchise. I can go to Sam's club and get it for less, but I want to support a place that I actually like.
