Had a bad experience not sure why the Indian guy taking my order was rude not sure if it was because we were black. We paid our money like everyone else also I had to ask him why he took my pretzel in the back stock room. Idk I will never return idc if that’s the only location in the springs.

Said I couldn't get a regular pretzel, just what they had in the case. Ordered pretzel bites instead. Was given burnt pretzel bites. Returned them and given another cup of burnt bites - the burnt pieces were hidden in the lower half of the cup. Bad service.

No Salt on the Pretzel Dogs, they were made fresh Watched them come out of the oven then several customers got Pretzels before paid for customers got there food, Courtesy and Friendly Staff, just lacking On Services Skills. In the Mall Store Higher Priced than Stand alone Store. Thanks for being Open On Labor Day 2025

After placing my order and waiting for fresh cinnamon sugar bites, I watched the cashier accept money from two customers with gloves on, he then went directly to the oven to fix my order Without changing his gloves or washing his hands. I asked for a refund because touching money and then food is unacceptable.
