Great pretzels and the girl at the counter was sweet. They were quick and efficient. No complaints good service.
The customer service at the westshore location is horrible. The staff pick and choose who they want to serve. The attitudes are horrible as well. Let’s not talk about the food how it sits there for hours and they then try and serve it to customers then when you ask for fresh food (because the pretzels are hard and old) they refuse. They are selling old disgusting overpriced pretzels Don’t waste your money at this location
My wife asked for a large pretzel bites with extra salt and the reply was, “I can’t do that ma’am. I don’t work in the kitchen.” My wife then asked for 2 small bites. One with a side of honey mustard and the other with a side of cheese. Got the cheese its refrigerator cold. Bites are smaller than other auntie Anne’s we’ve been to. I get it’s an airport auntie Anne’s but come on… do better.. 06/14/2025
My brother and I got cinnamon pretzel bites and they were fresh and so good! Miss Bianca helped us out and even though it was busy, she was happy to help us get more when she saw us tragically drop our first batch!
