Employees are nice, service and food are good.
Hands down the best tasting pretzels in the world. Service was great as well.

Wonderful Pretzels truly lived up to their name! Thank you so much for the free pretzel on National Pretzel Day—it was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The staff was welcoming and made the experience even more enjoyable. The pretzel itself was fresh, warm, and perfectly baked with just the right amount of salt and flavor. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the product and the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I couldn’t log into the app due to a code issue, and when I asked for help, she was rude and refused to look up my account by phone number, insisting on barcode only.
