Worst auntie Anne's I ever been to. I been to every mall this manager lady charged me more and couldn't figure out the free pretzel coupon tells me its not good for pretzel bites but it says pretzel or pretzel.bites and overcharged me then wants to refund the whole.order instead of just the pretzel. Literally incompetent staff fire this lady
I just came to this location and oh my, the service is the worse horrible. My boy dropped the food in front of them and I tell them. But the person who take care of my child react like nothing. They just don’t care.
This is a licenced stablishment! Be it resolved the employees may be friendly or fatigued depending the time of day it is the costumers perogaritive to keep temper on check. Be it resolved that the costumer may need ask the ingredients in the food. Be it further resolved that the costumer needs make healthy choices for his/her wellbeing.
on saturday when i went there in the first floor , the person who does the food the one with the blond hair , not the nice lady who likes to give attention to their customers but the one who looks like she doesnt want to work , as i was watching her make the food she was also grabbing her phone with the same gloves... that is actually disgusting i dont know how anyone can work like that . this was on saturday around the store where they sell sunglasses.
They don't offer anything that is on the menu. They only have regular sized buckets and it's pretty inconvenient as these type of locations should rely on consistency.
