This Auntie Anne's location has no option to decline tipping, if you're paying with a debit card. I ordered one pretzel and was forced to leave a tip. I will never go back.
Person hands me a greasy Pretzel then flips the credit card screen showing I have to leave a tip. Tip for what? Handing me a pretzel? I hope others find this tipping scam thing an insult and walk away. Do better Auntie! Pay your workers! It's not the customers job.
Cinnamon-suger pretzel was disappointing. Store open at nine which was great but pretzel was tough and just lukewarm, I find it hard to believe it was made/baked fresh today. If this is the new standard you've lost our business.
I LOVE THE SWEET ALMOND PRETZEL IT IS SO GOOD EVERYONE SHOULD TRY IT (if you don’t have allergies!!) i love auntie anne’s!! i recently tried the sweet almond pretzel and it was delicious!! it is less sweet than the sugary pretzels but has a nice crunch because of the almonds. we usually get pretzel bites (either original or sugar) but tbh now i’m just gonna get an almond pretzel every time i go lol. service is pretty good, the wait time is not bad, the lines can get long on a busy day so be wary. price is a little high but u... read more
