Incredibly lazy staff. They did not have any pretzel dogs, mini dogs, or crispy cheese dogs ready. They told me it would be 15 minutes. I come back 25 minutes later and they haven't even put them in the oven yet. When I went there wasn't a line either so honestly no excuse with 3 workers. I've been to Auntie Anne's in at least 20 different locations and this is by far the worst experience also with staff attitude.
This is for the teenager who spent more time talking to his GF than talking to customers. At the location outside tux place. I’d pay more money and get better help.
No one’s running the kiosk. No note or anything. This has been the last two days please get it together.
Tuesday 11/25 at 6:20pm… I came to Aunt Anne’s … the girl at the register did not take my order bcuz she was on a “conference call”… seriously? Conference call at a pretzel place.
Google says open at 10 on Wednesday. Placed an Online Order at 10:30, went up there at my scheduled pick up time, They told me that they aren’t open yet and haven’t made dough. Either fix your opening times on Google or get staff that arrives and does their work on time
