Very disappointing customer service experience. The young employee working today was noticeably displeased whenever asked for basic things. When I asked for napkins, she kissed her teeth as if it were an inconvenience. I then asked for a fork and was simply told no. There was also an older gentleman behind me who asked for a cup of ice. The employee appeared annoyed, slid the cup across the counter, and told him that it was there. Petition to have sweet almond back in constant rotation… the unsalted is my runner up and was definitely better than I’ve had it in recent years.

Incredibly lazy staff. They did not have any pretzel dogs, mini dogs, or crispy cheese dogs ready. They told me it would be 15 minutes. I come back 25 minutes later and they haven't even put them in the oven yet. When I went there wasn't a line either so honestly no excuse with 3 workers. I've been to Auntie Anne's in at least 20 different locations and this is by far the worst experience also with staff attitude.
