Best attention of gaudencio
It was amazing. Not only was the customer service amazing but it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. The pretzels were perfectly crunchy and the cheese sauce melts in your mouth. I definitely recommend coming here.
Terrible experience. I was at the mall and checked the hours for Auntie Anne’s. I saw that they opened at 11 so I went over to wait. At 11:07, the employee finally showed up. When I stepped up to order, they said that it would be a half an hour. If a store opens at 11, be ready to serve food at 11- don’t show up 7 minutes late! Disappointing and lazy.
Customer service has really gone down. Three weeks ago I was in this location and the person working was hitting on me in a creepy way. Very uncomfortable. Today I was at the mall again and wanted a pretzel and realized he charged me the wrong price. I asked him about it and he realized he made a mistake and grabbed the pretzel out of my hand and threw the cash back at me screaming he was going to call mall security if I don’t leave. A surprisingly excellent snack… the pretzel was delicious and fresh, it actually tasted like a homemade pretzel. Customer service was outstanding. Kevin attended us and told us how he makes fresh pretzels every 15 minutes. My kids loved the snack and though it was a little pricey, it was worth every penny! I’d definitely go back again
