Took 2 minutes to come to the front to help me, months customer was present. The pretzel was &4.16, I gave him $5, he gave me .50 change and acted like I was in the wrong when I asked for all of my change. There was only one pretzel left which he gave me. It was shriveled up and burnt on the bottom. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Disgusting!! I asked for a refund and got a little bit of hassle about it. Had issues in the past with the customer service but most of the time just brush it off and go about my day but today i was really craving a pretzel so I walked up and asked if I could do a thing of cinnamon nuggets asked if I get a get salt and sprinkled on them not a big request all she had to do was pour some salt over top the nuggets but she refused saying she can't do that so I asked if I could do salt nuggets and add cinnamon seeing as how another worker was making a batch right behind her and again she refused and sai... read more
