I ordered the almond pretzel at the Auntie Anne’s kiosk in Gate C area, the female African American worker dropped my bag of pretzel behind the counter on the floor and I didn’t see if the pretzel was on the floor or not but she said “it didn’t touch the floor”. I told her that I don’t want that bag because it touched the floor. You know what she did? She put the pretzel in a new bag instead of giving me a new pretzel.
