We haven't eaten Auntie Anne's pretzels because we were worried that the pork products or oils could get spread to the other pretzels since we can't have pork. Jeff was more than happy to answer all of our questions and he put in a special request to make us a fresh batch and use clean trays and butter. We really enjoyed the pretzels and the service. Thank you, Jeff for going above and beyond!
Rude staff. And the manager guy is so unaware of himself. This place has gone DOWN hill. Do the owners read the reviews or do the just not care?
Everytime that i am there everyone is friendly. I have never had a problem. I will continue to enjoy my pretzels from this location.
This is the best location in Nebraska! The staff is friendly, the pretzels are fresh, the lemonade perfect. I will always stop and get a pretzel when i am at gateway!
