I went to the spot by the Macy's with a voucher I received for donating to one of the causes they participate in, and when I tried to use it in the app as instructed, it wouldn't accept it, so I personally went to that counter and told them the issue, only to find out that if you had donated before, anytime during the year, and you used the voucher they gave you then, another new voucher won't work because it contains the same promo code from last time, and this info was never explained to me by the staff until now, which I ... read more
