This review specifically pertains to the Auntie Anne's on the third floor of the Independence Center. There used to be 2 here but I'm not sure if there is anymore. Anyways, I get that it's a Sunday, working retail sucks, and faking a smile or good attitude sucks too, but staring blankly at me when I go to place my order isn't quiet what I was expecting. Wanted to get whole pretzels they were out and not making more so we tried thier pretzel bites regular and cinnamon sugar both nasty and overcooked took 1 bite of each and threw away. Definitely not worth 16 dollars. QuikTrip pretzels far exceed this place and for 10 dollars less I know we're I'll be going not here. Sad use to be good and now just trash.
They didn't understand we wanted to ordered number 4 on their menu tried to explain it to them 3 times.. gave up and left. Poor customer service. Employees need to learn their menu. 4 people working behind the counter even pointing at what we wanted they didn't understand.
