Customer service was terrible. They all had an attitude and didnt want to work. Told me I had to special order an Almond Pretzel and come back and pick it up. WHAT?!! :-(
They are the only Auntie Anne's I've ever been to that makes the pretzels super chunky to the point that they just taste like a big ball of dough.
The worst customer service I ever had!!!!!!! I would never come back to this auntie Annie’s. She took my order with food in her mouth, and when I couldn’t hear understand her. Her and her friends start making jokes literally laughing in me and my kids face. We love Annie’s but I’ll never go to this one again.
Went to the Auntie Anne’s in the food court today about 1pm and had the best service I think we’ve ever had at a pretzel stand. The lady working the register was very kind and just went above and beyond to make sure we had fresh pretzels and told us to have a seat since we had to wait. Super nice! She deserves a raise because it’s very rare that workers are that nice at the mall.
