The blonde girl there was very rude and had an attitude as if she didn’t even want to be there. All i wanted was a pretzel and she gave me dirty looks.

Day in and day out this place does an excellent job.
Absolute pitiful workers had an online order placed 15 mins ahead they had no customers and didn’t even start my pretzel so I had to sit and wait another 15 mins
it was the worst experince ! so i waited for the sweet almond fritzel and the lady said she burned the first one then she cooked another one then it was floppy and saggy wow what a crazy customer service is that! they need to be train right and give a respect to a customer! please!!!
