This is my second time coming here and the pretzel nuggets are burnt and disgusting. It’s clear they do not clean the equipment. Definitely calling the health department, something isn’t right.

I have to say that the lady was very nice. Even though the soda machine was down she wasn't letting that stop her. I got a cup of the bites and they cooked perfect.
I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but the quality all across the board was terrible. The food was burnt and dry, (I got the cinnamon pretzel bites and the pepperoni pretzel bites totaling almost $17). The cinnamon bites were decent, it was not fresh but mehhhh. The pepperoni was absolutely horrendous, not edible at all. Went back to show her the burnt bites and the excuse was "I don't know how to process a refund." I'll never go back and if asked.
