Cheap and bad service they wouldn’t honor my T-Mobile coupon because they have size large and not size small I asked if they could transfer the cinnamon pretzels to a small cup and they said no. Terrible I would not go to this location.
I got a pretzel and some nuggets and the pretzel came out irregular and burnt. The nuggets came out uncooked and chewy
Don’t eat here saw a worker drop food and mixed it back in to serve.
Unsanitary
I am a regular customer and often visit this place with my children. During our last visit, one of the employees made inappropriate and discriminatory comments, saying that I am a “white non-American” while claiming she is a “real American.” This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Such comments have no place in customer service, especially in a family-oriented environment. I hope the management will take this seriously.
