I got a pretzel and some nuggets and the pretzel came out irregular and burnt. The nuggets came out uncooked and chewy
Don’t eat here saw a worker drop food and mixed it back in to serve.
Unsanitary
I am a regular customer and often visit this place with my children. During our last visit, one of the employees made inappropriate and discriminatory comments, saying that I am a “white non-American” while claiming she is a “real American.” This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Such comments have no place in customer service, especially in a family-oriented environment. I hope the management will take this seriously.
Stopped by for a quick bite, and for the SECOND TIME I was served by and encountered with the nasty, racist Philippine Asian female. I’m not saying this for no reason, except that she called my accent “un-understanding” and called me—a white European—an Indian! And let’s face it: if it were vice versa, I’d be on the first page of the NY Post!
