I'm always willing to wait for an item that is out of stock but they always give incorrect wait times. A few weeks ago I waited 45 min for a Pepperoni pretzel that they said would take 10 min. I ended up not getting it because she told me it would take 15 min more ontop of the 45 I already waited so I traded down for a regular. Today they told me that it will take 5 min for a new batch but it's been 25 min already and they ended up cutting pepperoni pretzels up to make the nuggets which means that I could have gotten it soon... read more
The employees (gave me the vibe of being the franchise owners) were so kind today. This location is usually busy, even as the building and some of the "vibe" decays around them. The pretzels are a mall staple around the USA (& lemonade and pizza style bites). Today I got a 2 for $6 and it was fresh, affordable, and a nice value. I appreciated the highlight/offer of "free" ketchup or mustard, too. Lloyd Center, I will always love you.
