Terrible customer service. We were at the store yesterday, and the attendant showed a complete lack of willingness to work, making several mocking expressions and displaying a great deal of rudeness and impatience. Awful experience.

Seems like it’s the go to snack for my kids whenever we come shopping here at the Outlets of Orange. They are combined with Cinnabon. Came here on a Tuesday mid noon 08.19.25 Pretzels are always so fresh & good chewy. The dip is $ 1.99 a bit pricy in my opinion. Busy flow of customers. Receiving our items in a good timely manner. The service was great! I didn’t catch her name, but i was having issues with the app and she was very understanding and friendly! The pretzel was perfect. Soft and warm with the perfect amount of salt. Thanks!
