Open the store late close the store early I have given this location more than enough opportunities for more than over a year I've dealt with bad customer service almost to the point of being in a physical altercation because of slick words coming out of the employees mouths because they don't want to work, I've dealt with overcooked/burnt food and undercooked/raw food, and horrible wait times and then tonight a 7 pm and hour before there supposed to close I walk up to the counter expecting to at least be turned away but no ... read more

There I was waiting at auntie Anne's in Murdock circle in Walmart places all lit up girl is behind the counter drinking out of her yeti cup playing on her phone at 11:10 tells me oh I'm not going to be open for another 15 minutes how did she even know what time it is considering she didn't look at her phone or watch for that. According to your store hours you are open at 10:00 white American girl long dark hair. She should be fired
Doordash gave me a certain time to pick up a order from there.. I go in at the right time and they tell me it's gonna be a 10 minute wait. They wasn't busy so why am I waiting extra time? Horrible work ethic
If I could give zero stars I would, for the prices the pretzels suck at this location. But what do you expect when you have kids running a store. The pigs in a blanket were burnt, I went back for another batch and they weren't any better. And my pretzel nuggets were raw. DONE!!! NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.
