Stopped in today for the first time. The young girl at the counter was very pleasant. The other employee wearing a blue shirt was were I was disappointed. Posted up on the counter on her phone. No interaction, nothing. Your walls are clear so your customers can clearly see you were preoccupied. Pretzels were not what I expected. Soft, minimal flavor and cold cheese to dip Luke warm pretzels in. Will not be returning. Don't waste your time.
The staff here is just amazing always very friendly and tje pretzels are always hot and fresh will definitely be back.
Trista help me out today and she was absolutely amazing. I love going here always have fresh pretzels and great customer service.

The cashier was very disrespectful and did not know what she was doing. She told me I would be next to get my food but gave it to everyone else that was after me, so then I hate to wait an extra 10-15 minutes, everyone else seems to be nice and working great just the cashier was very rude. This is Sunday may 18th at 2:30
