They took too long around 25 minutes and dough was completely raw and service was awful
We order and waited 30 mins for one order to be ready and on top of that we asked again and they said 15 more minutes cause they had no dough ready so never again.
I wasn't sure when they close so I just stopped by and got pretzels. It was like 10 minutes until 6. The girl who took my order seemed annoyed that I was ordering but they had them cooked already so don't see what the big deal was. I left unimpressed.
I meant to leave this review yesterday, but it slipped my mind. The young lady working at the rolling station around 1 p.m. was absolutely phenomenal! I asked for a fresh pretzel with extra salt, and she got started on it right away. I watched the whole process because I was genuinely interested in how you all make them, and I noticed how clean, quick, and skilled she was. She answered every question I had while still working efficiently. My pretzel came out fresh, hot, and perfect. Thank you, ma’am! 🙌🥨
