I wasn't sure when they close so I just stopped by and got pretzels. It was like 10 minutes until 6. The girl who took my order seemed annoyed that I was ordering but they had them cooked already so don't see what the big deal was. I left unimpressed.
I meant to leave this review yesterday, but it slipped my mind. The young lady working at the rolling station around 1 p.m. was absolutely phenomenal! I asked for a fresh pretzel with extra salt, and she got started on it right away. I watched the whole process because I was genuinely interested in how you all make them, and I noticed how clean, quick, and skilled she was. She answered every question I had while still working efficiently. My pretzel came out fresh, hot, and perfect. Thank you, ma’am! 🙌🥨

Stopped in today for the first time. The young girl at the counter was very pleasant. The other employee wearing a blue shirt was were I was disappointed. Posted up on the counter on her phone. No interaction, nothing. Your walls are clear so your customers can clearly see you were preoccupied. Pretzels were not what I expected. Soft, minimal flavor and cold cheese to dip Luke warm pretzels in. Will not be returning. Don't waste your time.
