Ordered in-app for quick pick up, about a dozen people ordered and quickly left upon receiving their order so I went to the counter to ask if my order is ready. I was told that it’s gonna be a while. So I waited. Upon closely monitoring the people who are making the pretzels, I notice one person was playing on her pink phone. Poor customer service immature no manners or greeting properly. NO tip!
Ordered online and waited for our order 15 minutes. We came to pick it up and they said it will be 15 minutes to wait...because it doesn't reflect in their system, without any apology they continued to accept new orders while we waited without even starting to prepare our order
Server by the name of Kae N shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers she's has a attitude problem and should be spoken with. I'm a customer and the attitude was not necessary.
