So I went and got a cup of the pretzel bites and every time I bit into one of the pretzels I had so much grease in my mouth that it was even hard to swallow the pretzel it's like it's full of grease or butter whatever it is wasn't appetizing could not finish it
Ordered off Uber Eats. Should have came here first as it would have saved me the disappointment.
Hysterically terrible service. I went to pick up an order which was a cup of pretzel nuggets and a lemonade. Both employees stayed in the back the whole time. I waited over 10 minutes. I watched one employee sit on the counter on his phone for about 5 minutes. It wasn't until I said some that they finally threw the order together.
20 min wait only one person working and she could not take cash ! She was a new trainee the manager dis not even show up!!! they need a nee manager or close down !!!
Asked for an item on the menu, not sold at the store anymore apparently. Instead, I got pretzels with majority undercooked and soggy and everything was cold. Wetzels Pretzels on top
