Hysterically terrible service. I went to pick up an order which was a cup of pretzel nuggets and a lemonade. Both employees stayed in the back the whole time. I waited over 10 minutes. I watched one employee sit on the counter on his phone for about 5 minutes. It wasn't until I said some that they finally threw the order together.
20 min wait only one person working and she could not take cash ! She was a new trainee the manager dis not even show up!!! they need a nee manager or close down !!!
Asked for an item on the menu, not sold at the store anymore apparently. Instead, I got pretzels with majority undercooked and soggy and everything was cold. Wetzels Pretzels on top
This all happened last Wednesday when I went in for something to eat after a long day at work. This girl helped me at the front counter and I have to start off by saying she was the only reason i was glad I went she was very helpful and friendly and I wouldn't expect a teen girl to be able to operate the whole store alone. She had one other person there it seemed and he was just on his phone while she was doing everything.
