My delivery order arrived fine. The cinnamon sugar pretzel has barely anything on it - AND ONLY ON ONE SIDE. This is NOT how these pretzels used to be - they were covered all over. It has been several years since I had this particular pretzel. Am wondering if AA started making the product cheap by putting barely any cinnamon sugar on their pretzels. pretzels were severely undercooked and the pink haired girl at the window was exceptionally rude. pretty sure i was overcharged for my order, like an added tip i wasn't aware about after calculating at home. learned my lesson to ask for my receipt from now on.
Nice place, my kids enjoy the pretzel bites. Also, they have a customer restroom inside.
