The photos really speak for themselves. I have never made a complaint or left a review like this before, but this experience was genuinely disappointing enough that I feel it needs to be addressed. After this experience, I will not be returning to Auntie Anne’s. I ordered the new Pretzel Mozzarella Bites, and the first item I received was in a small brown bag with only a few pieces inside. Usually always love the pretzels and food and general here but this time on September 9th around 4 pm there was a super rude customer that was there arguing with the employees and manager on shift and seemed very entitled. I just gotta say props to the employees and manager for keeping their cool and providing great service regardless of the situation that happened to them, the lady seemed very hard to deal with but didn't down the employees good vibes of good and happy customer service! 😁

workers are lazy, they dont like to make the food or keep it stocked, a single smoothie bowl took 20 minutes with an empty store, and it came melted. didnt get some items i ordered like sauce and spoons, drive thru employee with black hair acted like she didnt know what she was doing
