Currently here. It's been about half an hour. Still waiting on one pretzel and two smoothies. There is one person working. Taking orders. Making the pretzels. They seem young and in over their head, but definitely doing their best. Crowd of increasingly angry customers growing. Hire. More. People. Jesus H.

I asked for the mini corn dogs, and they said it’d be a 20 minute wait. I waited and picked up my order, and they tasted awful, they’ve never done me dirty at the west towne mall but here they’ve disappointed me. They had 3 employees standing around doing nothing besides talking , and only had 2 cups of pretzels made.

I Purchased an Almond Pretzel from the East Towne Mall location in Madison WI. I had to wait 8 minutes for it which was expected. The Pretzel cooked too long and was burned the almonds on it were black. I asked them to remake the cashier tried convincing me that it wasn't burned but made another one. The 2nd pretzel was cooked perfectly but with barely any almonds and no butter. Basically just a plain pretzel with no flavor. I didn't feel comfortable sending it back again. the girl working gave herself a tip when me and my friend payed for pretzel bites, wouldn’t be a big deal if i wasn’t already overpaying for pretzel bites, granted nobody should be secretly giving themselves tips without the customer knowing. we all broke and struggling out here. do better lmao.
