We like the pretzels however these were dry and hard... The staff was rude and sharp. Yes I know it's shortly before close. That's not an excuse. While we won't hold this against other locations we will not return to this location in the future... We are very disappointed!!
Lady lied about the freshness of the pretzels. I tried the pretzel and didn’t like it because it was not fresh but she refused to give me a fresh one instead.

I've loved this peak of mall food location for my whole life, and lemme tell ya pal, these guys are great. Multiple times I would go there in my usual comfy attire. Third eye, goth dress, cat ears and tail, just my everyday. And I was treated with up most respect and kindness like every other customer. No weird glances or comments at all! Those are the things I'd get in a Walmart, but not Auntie Anne's. They got my back with their fantastic pretzel dogs. They're always hot and ready, almost like it was just for me.
