William is fantastic and brightens my day every time I stop by
William’s customer service was excellent, my food was fresh and overall great experience
Best auntie Anne’s of any mall. The cleanliness, attitude and quality of the food is excellent. You can tell the manager William Gutierrez has this location under control.
Willam is one of the most friendliest employees at Beachwood Place Mall. Always greeting mall employees as he walks by. He always has a smile for his customers and is very accommodating. He is always happy to make my pretzels special for me because of my dietary restrictions. Which makes me go back to Annie Anne’s at Beachwood Place.
This is a really clean and new looking/ polished Auntie Anne’s. I come to this mall just for their pretzels bc the service is professional & fun!!!!!my daughter loves it here. Thank you ladies for always having soft warm fresh pretzels!♥️🏆
