7/5/2025 (Saturday) Auntie Anne’s at RiverRidge Mall in Lynchburg, VA around 4:30 I ordered an almond pretzel , and was told it would be 7 minutes, I told them that was fine. While I waited, they gave me my soda. I drank about 1/2 my cup, the pretzel came after about 10 minutes and I asked for them to just top off my drink. They told me there were no refills- I told them I wish I had known that, I would have asked them to wait to give me my drink.
