My review is simple, I simply ordered a lemonade, it was great for the 3 or 4 sips, then that's it... Why because I really paid $4 for a cup of ice! So if you like to pay $4 for 3 sips of lemonade, this place is perfect for you. I suppose the simple solution is don't get ice. My bad!
I went to Auntie Anne’s in Livonia, MI (Laurel Park) location on yesterday and my experience with Tenecka was amazing from start to finish. She was polite, friendly, and very kind. The original pretzel 🥨 Tenecka served me was fresh and very yummy. She also asked me what type of pretzels that I wanted and if I wanted purchase any other condiments or refreshments with my order. Pretzel costs $5.50. Girl took $6.00 and closed register and needed key to get back in while they talked among themselves and ignored me as the customer
Store closed before 7:45pm the counter was clean and they were ready to go. I said I though you close at 8 I was told the have no more products. Horrible business management etc.
Horrible experience, the saucy girl in the blonde hair sold burned mini pretzel dogs to me, I returned and asked her politely, if they should be that way. She straight up asked if I wanted her to make another batch, with no apology. I said yeah, I left the burned ones on the counter, thinking she would get it.
