I don’t know if there is a standard protocol with cleaning ice machines but my drink had black clumps of buildup of something. Didn’t realize this till my drink was empty. Disgusting
Morgan was AWESOME!!! She was all by herself and handled everything like a BOSS!! She was extra nice too!! Not too many people like that anymore!! Someone like her DEFINITELY deserves a nice raise!!
Amazing service here! Ran in to the mall to grab a snack for myself and my niece.. we were starving, she stayed in the car with her crying 3 mo old. I had to grab a water bottle for the baby’s bottle… and asked if they had any room temp ones. They offered to go check the supply room, bc all they had were cold ones. I told her I didn’t want to trouble them. They said it’s no trouble “it’s for the baby, we’re gna make sure the baby eats”! One staff member very rude and short with customer. Needs to work on communication skills
The staff, nor the manager, knows what items they even offer. No customer service what-so-ever. They do not care about the customer. If you are thinking of placing any sort of large order, don’t bother. You will not like what you receive. Also, corporate doesn't care about the customer either
