Auntie Anne's is OK, I don't want to be to harsh on it only because it doesn't profess to be anything greater than what it is. The pretzels are mid- they'll satisfy your hunger and kind of stimulate your taste buds, but the texture is weak and flimsy. They're not those crisp, buttery twists of dough you get at a fairground. The butter tends to slip off and soak the cup, too.
If I could put 0 stars I would, it was VERY unprofessional & Unsanitary! I went by to purchase a few items on the menu, the wait was LONG! took about 5-15 mins just for the items to be made as well as the ordering process. Morgan was very rude and had a mean attitude while I was asking questions about certain products, along with 2 young ladies (one tall & one thick & short ) discussing gossip about another employee with horrible language & attitude while glaring at me & my daughter as if we were disturbing them all. Came in just to purchase a gift card, and Morgan made the purchase so pleasant! She was kind and thoughtful and packaged the card with care. Will definitely go back again, if not just for the delicious pretzels, for the great service! Thanks, Morgan!
I don’t know if there is a standard protocol with cleaning ice machines but my drink had black clumps of buildup of something. Didn’t realize this till my drink was empty. Disgusting
Morgan was AWESOME!!! She was all by herself and handled everything like a BOSS!! She was extra nice too!! Not too many people like that anymore!! Someone like her DEFINITELY deserves a nice raise!!
