The pretzels are thinner today.
Went there 18min before they close. And they don't have anymore to serve. Not a good one. 18min could've been more sales considering it is Friday.
The pretzels are decent if they have any available. I would say that 40% of the time they don’t have much ready to sell and the wait is at least 25 minutes and sometimes they are burnt and thin. They are consistently inconsistent.
Had their pretzels last week for the first time. These are the best pretzels in and around the edmonton area by a long shot!
Store said they were to open at 11 o’clock. I stood waiting for 10 minutes before staff came to the store after having their breakfast. I had a coupon for a free pretzel which I use every year and they refused to honour it this time. When asked to speak to the manager, I was told they weren’t in the store. Poor customer service.
