This was just a horrible experience, I went not too long ago at this auntie anne's and there was absolutely nobody taking orders. I had to wait around 10 minutes just for somebody to take my order but there appeared to be around 2-3 workers in the back? I am appalled by the lack of service provided. Not to mention the worker who took my order appeared discontent that i was ordering by the look on her face. I don't think i will be ordering again from this location.

Doesn’t matter how many times we visit the mall, they never any pretzels. I know the cups make you more money, but our not buying pretzels doesn’t.
Everything related to Cinnamon Rolls is great. Hot brewed coffee needs some work, it's not that good, average at best. Prices are reasonable.
Come here if you want to overpay for junk food and served with monotonous customer service that openly expresses suffering. Walk in to feel like a nuisance to order. Opted to eat outside in the heat than inside where I can glares.
