Pricey but worth every penny. Employees are so friendly that every single visit is a treat. Employees seem to have fun all the time. Pretzels are always nice and hot.
They wouldn't honor THIER OWN promotions! We NEVER r go to the mall, but tonight we intentionally drove all the way up to the mall with our two young kids after picking them up after a long day at work in school to reward them with a free pretzel that we have as a reward voucher through our T-Mobile app. They refused to Honor their own voucher even though they still had pretzels....that cost the exact same price and they were about to close. Dear Business Leadership, I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent purchase of mini pretzel dogs for approximately $10. Unfortunately, the product was drenched in oil and undercooked, making it extremely disappointing and not representative of the quality I have come to expect. I tried to stop here every time I go to the mall to get my kids and myself cinnamon pretzels. This is at least the 12th time I’ve been there and they’re constantly out of cinnamon pretzels. I understand they may be the most popular but at the same time with saying that you would think they’d keep them made This time.
