Nice looking shop. But the pretzels just aren't what they used to be. They are much thinner than they should be and are too salty. And it's like 7 or 8 dollars for the basic salty pretzel. Cinnamon was even more. Cashier was nice.
Food is good. They dont give pennies backs is the only thing I didn't like.
“Maria” is insubordinate and the restaurant said they were refunding my money and they stole my money from me. They never even gave me a receipt after a refund. very bad customer service from the gentleman and they literally lied to me. He is very rude and they refused to serve me after i made a comment to them for not honoring my coupon.
I the Baron of the Bay do decree that Auntie Anne's Pretzels possess the utmost exquisite pallete of flavors. Ranging from the saltiness of the pretzels and the sweet, delectable cheddar cheese dip, it is apparent Auntie Anne has perfected pretzelry to the peak of her abilities. She truly "mogs" other pretzelers, as the youth say. Unfortunately, I was first delivered the wrong order wasting my oh so little time in the public. So I must knock them down a star. Pricey but worth every penny. Employees are so friendly that every single visit is a treat. Employees seem to have fun all the time. Pretzels are always nice and hot.
