Of the two pretzel places in spectrum, auntie's is the inferior. I have been here 3 times over the course of 2.5 weeks (here for work) and this place constantly runs out of your basic salted pretzels. And you only find out about that when you get to the front of the line. So generally you see a line of 5 to 6 people that always seems to move slower then one would expect, and then you find out it'll be at least 5 more minutes until more pretzels are available. First time having pretzels fresh out of the oven . Great food but prices are the highest I’ve ever seen from this franchise

I don’t understand how they are getting away with dipping all their meat pretzels with the same butter as non- meat. I asked the staff about cross contamination and they said this is just how they do it. They can’t even have one separate container of butter for non-meat pretzels. So many people have allergies or meat restrictions. They said we can use our spray oil instead and that version tastes horrible!

I love my auntie Anne's, but this particular one has a rude cashier, I was in my way of living but since I wanted to get my dip n' sip combo and I try not to put attention to him. I just get my combo and live.
