Customer service and courtesy to customers was unsatisfactory. Pretzels were hard. Some workers seem to have a very bad attitude and should not be working in customer service. I will not do business there anymore!
I don't think they deserve one star. Pretzels were hard and we could not even bite into them. Will not be back.
