Pretzels are good but having them as ‘made to order’ is pretty silly. It’s what they told me the last three times I’ve flown through here so I’m assuming it’s common practice. Even if you have one pretzel flavor available, that’s fine. Just sucks having to wait 12 min for a pretzel each time when there’s crap tons of nuggets available.
I was forced to tip, then she shouted out how much I tipped to the crew. Avoid this place
I connect through IAH monthly and NEVER are the pretzels ready. ALWAYS a "10 minute wait " I can't believe that everytime this happens. Can't be that unlucky. But, love the product when I can.
Over charged my card by $15… when I call the phone just hangs up.
