Review for the company not the specific location or employees: Not having a substitute option to offer customers with a coupon valid for only that day for a free pretzel when the location is out of pretzels is absolutely ridiculous business. Either offer a substitute of the food that’s available, or make more of the food. If you’re open, you serve the customers, it’s like good customer service policies 101.
They do not sell the original pretzel as fast food. Avoid this store, they won’t serve you on time.

Pretzels are good but having them as ‘made to order’ is pretty silly. It’s what they told me the last three times I’ve flown through here so I’m assuming it’s common practice. Even if you have one pretzel flavor available, that’s fine. Just sucks having to wait 12 min for a pretzel each time when there’s crap tons of nuggets available.
