The people running it now aren’t the friendliest, customer service oriented people. They are also over baking the pretzels. They are dark brown. I used to love getting them at this location. They need to bake everything on a timer so they don’t over cook them!
The manager was very very rude. An older woman with a thick accent. I will never go back.
The cashier had one of the worst attitudes ive ever interacted with, she didnt say a single word to me after i approached her with a pleasant attitude
