They refuse to take American Express cards, which I use for almost everything, and the employee wasn't the friendliest about it either. The pretzel was also stale to boot. I would not purchase anything from this location again.
This is my first time going to aunties Annie’s , I asked for mozzarella bites with marinara sauce . I wasn’t aware that they don’t sell this item. So she proceeded to charge me for the item. She gave me a hard time for a refund. Customer service was terrible. She sat there and argue with me while I asked for the manager.
No available items at 7:30pm. Very poor customer service.
The people running it now aren’t the friendliest, customer service oriented people. They are also over baking the pretzels. They are dark brown. I used to love getting them at this location. They need to bake everything on a timer so they don’t over cook them!
The manager was very very rude. An older woman with a thick accent. I will never go back.
