Amazing Experience I was told by my friend that Troy Smith treated her with respect and listened to her concerns. He made her his top priority from the second he met her till the end of the transaction. So I went and asked for Troy Smith and I think I got even better treatment then my friend. He was amazing.
Great Place to Purchase a Car Kenny Ross Chevrolet is a great car dealership. I have been to many car dealerships in the past and had to leave because they were too pushy, and couldn't take no for an answer. However, Kenny Ross is different. no pressure At no time did I feel pressured or made to feel unimportant. My questions were handled quickly and professionally, and generally, concessions made graciously. I never felt the need to reassess what I was told and the experience left me feeling quite happy and at peace with myself and everyone concerned.
Best I've ever been treated I went in by myself and was treated to the best car buying experience I've ever had. This was all done over the Internet and when I got there the car was sitting ready to drive and I told them what I was willing to pay for my Avalanche and I now am driving a new Avalanche. Very Professional Dave was very professional when we fit called him about the vehicle we saw on-line. Was very informative about the previous owner and seemed very willing to accommodate us. We weere traveling about 2.50 hours to make the purchase.
