I should start off by saying that the staff was very kind. I came in with a 2 yr old and 1 yr old and they were friendly with me and the kids, even offering them suckers. However, the environment was not kid friendly: no changing table in bathroom, no books/kids area, very little space in waiting area or rooms, and hard, uncomfortable seating. My first time here, I usually go to the east side location. This place is terrible my appointment was at 4 pm and I waited more than 1 hour just to get in the back to be seen by dr… The rate for this location has a 2.6 rate place needs to be shut down everyone leaves terrible reviews about this location.

Terrible!!! Everytime I go to my appointment I’m waiting 2 hours plus for the doctor. Today I waited so long to the point that I just LEFT!!! made an appointment elsewhere. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! This place needs to be shut down
