Never coming back to this one again. The doctors said that if you're 15mins late then she wouldn't see you. She said that 2hrs after waiting.
i went up here for an urgent answer to my questions i had and apparently u can only get in contact with your doctor through the app by texting the staff or by making an appointment. I texted them a question about my recent test results and solutions for it and they haven’t gotten back to me yet! this was june 12th and i double texted june 17. who wants to sit and wait for a prescription to be prescribed for something you don’t wanna have for any longer than u already had it? Wait Time Is Horrible Here, Had An Appointment For My 10 Month Old At 2:15pm. I Arrived At 1:50pm. It Is Now 3:15pm And Still Haven’t Seen The Doctor, The Chicago Heights Location Is Much Faster, Won’t Be Recommending Or Returning Here.
