Very bad place. Poor customer service, no care for patients, and they make you feel unwelcome. Patients need a welcoming and friendly attitude from both the doctor and the staff.
I called on Tuesday evening regarding a miscarriage/ ectopic pregnancy as my primary advised me to do. The receptionist said my OB would call me back right away ... I didn't get a call till THE FOLLOWING MONDAY saying I needed an appt before I could get an ultrasound referral .. I had just been seen in October and got an ultrasound (unrelated to pregnancy) . Absolutely humiliating how your visit is summarized on the patient portal. My weight was listed and next to it read "Overweight". This is completely unnecessary and embarrassing. I think most people who are overweight know that they are so it feels like a slap in the face to have that word stamped next to your weight. All they need to do is list your weight and leave it at that. While I haven't had any problems with the doctors, I had problems with the messaging system via patient portal and receptionists.
