Me and my wife came to an appointment we had set for 3pm and we got told at 3:30 that Dr. Jim was 1hr 30mins behind and we could wait for him to be AVAILABLE for us. Wish we would’ve got a phone call to inform us so we wouldn’t waste our time. Communication isn’t a hard request.
