Awesome! I had no trouble parking (arrived at 8) and saw the friendly staff for no more than 20 minutes before escorting my dog to the back with a friendly tech and helping to weigh her and give a mild sedative prior to spaying. It really made me feel at ease. I picked up at 2 and it only took 10 minutes. And they quoted me $120 and charged only $90, so I gave the rest as a donation. These guys absolutely could not be beat on price and the serivce was incredible considering the volume of business they seem to do.

My poor little babies..... Ok, I understand this is a LOW cost clinic, but still.... 1. parking - they had about 8 parking spots and about 30 people crowded into the lobby (tiny tiny room) when I arrived for my 'appointment'. It was actually first come, first serve. 2. dirty - this place was so dirty. I didn't notice it too much dropping off my kittens (for spaying and neutering) because I was pretty upset about having to leave them at all. But afterwards, I realized this place is absolutely FILTHY. 3. I'm not even going to ... read more

WOOT! WOOT! Than You Hamlett Spay & Neuter Clinic of C/S CO.! I have nothing but love for you! I will park miles away and walk in b/c I am not lazy! Plus my puppies always enjoy a good walk and I need to stay fit. Yeah, I always look at the bottom of my shoes; damn there is so much dirt on them. Shame on me; I may disappoint someone b/c of the filth. Thank you staff and Vets! I appreciate you for doing your best and not being perfect. We will see you soon! Much love!

Hats off to you! I lived in Colorado Springs for 2 years, 1997-99, while my husband was stationed there. At the time I had a beautiful black toy poodle who was my best friend in the world. I was even accused of treating her better than my husband! (I divorced him later.) Anyway, when it was time for her to be spayed I looked for the best place that was also reasonably priced. I am a Registered Nurse and some of my co-workers recommended Hamlett Spay & Neuter Clinic. I took my baby to them and I was very impressed! They not o... read more

Great service and Value! This place is fantastic and is very clean. I have been impressed from the start. I've had my St. Bernard spade and a bichon neutered here with no complications. I have five dogs and get their vaccinations done without having to pay for an office visit too. I have NEVER had a problem with parking and the staff there is super friendly and professional.

Great Place!!!! I've had all my animals fixed there. The staff is great but always busy, but not to busy to answer questions and help out! I just want to say they do a great job and I will continue to bring my animals to this clinic!!

Response to Anonymous 7/7/08 and wrong information to viewers I just wanted to respond to the comment made by an Anonymous writer dated 7/7/08. The issue was spay/neutering a pet at 6 months. I have worked with several animal welfare org. and I can tell you that old school vets believe that you have to wait until 6 mo.s to s/n your pet. That is what they were taught. But the new school of thought which is recommended by HSUS and ASPCA is not to wait that long. Some will even spay at 8 weeks (depending on weight of animal). I... read more

Love this place... I've been coming here for probably 15 years. I've had a few pets spayed and neutered here, and had no problems. Janice has been working there for many years, and she treats each animal as though it was her own. This place is not dirty, as some reviews said. Animals pee on floors (surprise!), and every accident I've seen happen there is cleaned up immediately. The back rooms are always clean, which is certainly quite a task considering the number of animals that come through there! Yes, the building is old,... read more

BROWNIE AND CHARLIE I took my two bassett hounds there to get neutered>>Hamlett, was very professional, caring, on time, and asked to see all shot records, all important information that needed to be seen and known before their procedure. Brownie and Charlie, were in good hands, they were treated as if they were owned by one of their staff members...I wouldnt hesitate about going back there again for anything-They were awesome with my two baby boys!..And I have recommended a few of my good friends-To have their pets(family m... read more
