This agency doesn't listen to parents, guardians, or doctors if they are given a recommendation that doesn't make their lives easier. I should have followed through with my complaint through ************ of ************* Disabilities but sadly I did not. They put shoes on my son that cut his feet and turned around and called adult protective services on me in retaliation for the complaint I filed with the Division.
