One of the most professional, courteous and warmest people you could meet. She took the time to answer all questions and help you understand your procedure. Our insurance did not go through right away and her staff needed to make a call to the provider. Her assistants who were equally as wonderful were quite busy. Michelle took it upon herself to make the call and wait on the line with customer service to get approval instead of having us come back or have her busy gals do it. This was Sears optical.
