I really enjoy Dr. Thongteum and her staff. I feel comfortable asking questions about certain issues and also feel welcomed during every appointment.
Kess is a great provider and very knowledgeable. She recognized something was wrong and immediately did a biopsy and referred me to Dr. Elizabeth Skinner who also is a fine doctor. Very pleased with the service.
I really love the staff here. Kess is amazing and makes me feel comfortable and informed. The nurse staff is extremely pleasant. I even like the grad assistants that Kess takes on, it's a great teaching opportunity.
Kess is so easy to talk to, she is a wonderful physician's assistant. The entire office is helpful and friendly.
I have been seeing Kess since Dr. Collins left, so several years now. She is awesome! It is so easy to talk to her about anything, with no judgement. No woman likes to have their annual GYN appointment, but going in to see Kess makes it so much easier. All of the office staff are great! Checking in is easy, Kess's nurse is awesome and easy to talk to, and checking out is easy, no fuss. Really appreciate how friendly everyone is and makes you feel good when you get ready to leave.
Kess provided great personalized care. She addressed every one of my needs and concerns. I really appreciate how she took the time to talk about my health.
