If you want quality care, do not go here. My grandma is there being treated extremely poorly. Luckily my dad and my aunts are there daily and are catching the problems. This is unacceptable for any patient, let alone an 80 year old woman.
This place is a joke. They lost my moms medicines that my dad had just brought in. The medicines they lost were here multiple sclerosis shots.these shots cost a four thousand dollars per month and they lost 4 shots. They didn't tell my father until we were ready to take my mom home that she hadn't had her shots for a week. They are very short staffed.
My mom had a good experience recovering from hip replacement. No place is perfect.
My mom was in the comfort care unit in January of this year! Beautiful place and beautiful staff! Made my mom comfortable as well as her family in her final days! Always there to explain the process and ease our minds so we all were at peace until mom took her last breathe! Thank You all! The family of Marilyn Wiles! 10-31-43/1-14-15!
I was there for 7 days. The staff was wonderful to my family and myself. The therapy was exceptional, I credit my quick rehab to them. The facility was very clean and food was very good. The whole experience was superior. I have recommended Aultman Woodlawn to everyone I know having surgery. I rate them a five star..
