I’ve had three OB appts so far. The first was fine, but zero time for questions and no information given. The second appt, I waited with my toddler for an our and fifteen minutes to be seen, no explanation or apology offered. My most recent appt, I was 10 minutes late (totally on me!!) and then waited 5 min to check in while the receptionist finished a call (understandable!). I went there for my appointment the place was super i like the place the nurses and staff was very nice this place is way better than the wooster clinic and wooster hospital way better

The emergency room is a joke. I'd give zero if it would let me.

This is the 3rd time going to the ED and our experience has been as bad as the other 2 visits. The registration lady as no customer service skills. The ED triage nurse was nice. Since they were "busy" , we were asked to go back in the sitting area so were the other folks that came in after us. Have been waiting for over 3 hrs with no updates. 2 of the pts that came after us eventually left the ED to go somewhere else. We ended up also leaving to go somewhere else.
