I went there for my appointment the place was super i like the place the nurses and staff was very nice this place is way better than the wooster clinic and wooster hospital way better

This is the 3rd time going to the ED and our experience has been as bad as the other 2 visits. The registration lady as no customer service skills. The ED triage nurse was nice. Since they were "busy" , we were asked to go back in the sitting area so were the other folks that came in after us. Have been waiting for over 3 hrs with no updates. 2 of the pts that came after us eventually left the ED to go somewhere else. We ended up also leaving to go somewhere else. I delivered my baby here a week ago, and I'm blown away by the experience. The staff, the room, the attention to patients needs, the food, everything was absolutely amazing! The birth center has huge rooms with a murphy bed, which is really nice for you and your partner to sleep in together, if desired. It felt more like an apartment than it did a hospital room. The food was much better than other hospital experiences- my favorites were the pancakes and eggs, flatbread pizzas, and chicken tenders. Where I was really blown aw... read more

This review is only based on one visit, but it was a good one. I came from an hour away because scheduling was weeks quicker here for 2 MRIs vs Aultman locations closer to where I live. Parking was close/convenient and immediately upon entering the building I was greeted warmly by an older gentleman (volunteer greeter, presumably?) who was so kind and friendly, and who made sure I knew exactly where I was going.
