Had a great experience! Quickly responded to my questions and were able to accommodate a fairly last minute change in my schedule. The overall appraisal was fair and used appropriate comparable properties, also the appraiser was friendly and informative.
Did an appraisal and didn't have Comps in the same area, didn't bring any value to having a garage (ZERO), nothing for storage. Will not work with ever of they show up!!
