Aul appraisals was the selected appraiser by our bank for a refinance of a rental portfolio. Brian Elliot was sent out and dramatically under appraised multiple single family and multi family homes. He did make an adjustment but was still off 6 figures from a appraisal 2 years prior in a booming housing market. We will not use this company or appraiser again.
Brian Elliott is clueless. Take your money elsewhere
